The PTO President(s) serves as the leader of the group and a key contact for members, officers and communication with school officials. The President presides over all meetings and ensures all efforts are being directed toward meeting the group’s goals and objectives.

VP Events & Fundraising
​
The VP of Events/Fundraising works with school volunteers, parents, students and staff to oversee all events and fundraising activities for the PTO. The VP works closely with Chairs of each event and with school administration to plan key fundraising/event dates.

Treasurer
​
The Treasurer maintains all financial records for the PTO. Additionally, the Treasurer ensures that the PTO remains in good standing as a non-profit organization, pays bills and reimbursement, manages the PTO bank account, and provides cash boxes for PTO events.

The Secretary is responsible for recording PTO board meeting minutes and providing minutes for PTO records.

Webmaster & Social Media
​
The Webmaster maintains the PTO website and social media presence, taking information from all chairs
and board members to maintain current events, fundraisers, and PTO board listings.

Spirit Wear
​
The head of Spirit Wear maintains the relationship with the spirit wear vendor, collects and processes
spirit wear orders at events, and maintains communication with parents regarding orders.

Sunshine Parent
​
The Sunshine Parent coordinates gifts for teachers and staff to celebrate special events such as birthdays. The Sunshine Parent is also involved in events related to relationship building with teachers and staff, such as Staff Appreciation Week.

Translators (Flyers)

The Translator translates flyers, documents, and social posts for PTO events, fundraisers, and announcements. Additionally, the Translator attends the PTO meetings and provides translation services as needed for attending parents.

Picture Day Parents

Picture Day Parents coordinate and schedule picture days for Fall and Spring . They also help the
teachers and students during the book fair to ensure a smooth transition through the picture stations.
